Every move I run starts the same way: crew on-site fifteen minutes before the client wakes up, truck positioned for the shortest carry path, quilted pads staged by size. By the time you're pouring your first coffee, we've already walked every room and agreed on the load sequence. Nothing leaves a room until it's wrapped. Nothing goes on the truck until it's ready to stack flush.
Crew arrives, truck positioned at optimal carry path. Supervisor walks every room, confirms inventory against the booking sheet.
Pad wrapping begins — furniture first, then art and mirrors. Client walkthrough with supervisor to flag fragile items and confirm placement preferences.
